I received the package. I open the box and the fish still frozen. Well packaged, then I defrost the perch fish and I cook it in butter and some seasoning, and the fish so delicious I love it. My husband hardly don’t eat fish. But the fish I bought from you he loves it. I’ll give it 100% satisfied. Thank you! I’m definitely will buying more. Love the fish.

COOK ON A BROWN SHOPPING PAPER BAG
Someone told me to use a paper bag to cook the white fish on, I could not believe my taste buds. Per heat oven to 400 degrees thaw ,rince , dry the fish on paper towel . Rub fish w/olive oil put your favorite seasoning on it. I like garlic and SALT ,simple, put the filet on the bag ,single layer cut around the filet leaving 1/2inch of bag around the filet , place on lowest rack and bake for 10 minutes 12 minutes if thicker filets ,put skin side down on bag . After cooked pull off rack onto a shallow sheet pan , use spatula,skin will stick to bag. To die for enjoy !!!
