Tilapia fillets have a mild flavor and are delicate in texture, making them the perfect pairing for various seasonings and sauces. 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tilapia on a baking sheet and cook 12-15 minutes. FDA recommends cooking tilapia to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
