Snapper is rich in protein with a mild, sweet flavor that is easily prepared, healthy, and delicious. 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place snapper on a baking sheet and cook 20-25 minutes. FDA recommends cooking snapper to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
